Privacy Policy

Postr is run by Resila Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Quebec, Canada, which is responsible for the personal information Postr collects. Questions, requests and complaints go to its Privacy Officer, the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

Postr collects your account details, the posters you make and the images you upload, technical records, your plan and billing records if you buy a plan, and the feedback you send. We do not use your poster content to train any AI model.

The services that receive personal information are Vercel (it hosts the website and counts page views), Render (it runs the API) and Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), then Anthropic, Stripe, Google and the Wikimedia Foundation. Your information is processed outside Quebec and outside Canada, in the United States or other countries.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics only, which sets no cookie and is not loaded when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can ask to access, correct, delete or de-index your information, receive a copy of it, withdraw your consent, and complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; we reply in writing within 30 days. The full policy also covers retention, governance, confidentiality incidents, and users in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
